For our client, a tech company in central Copenhagen with 50 employees, we are looking for temps to cover the front office, when they are understaffed due to vacations, conferences and the like.
A typical day in the front office will include, but not be limited to:
Receive and distribute parcels
Ordering of coffee, tea and other kitchen supplies
Coordinate with external suppliers and workers
Make sure the office looks presentable
Answering the phone
Administrative tasks such as booking tickets
Ad hoc tasks
To be considered for this job you must be fluent in English as all communication in the office will be in English. Our client uses Zendesk and applicants with previous experience working in this system will be preferred.
Your educational background is less important, but we prefer applicants who have work experience from front offices, receptions or the like. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, and can provide a high level of customer service.
A shift at the office will be a minimum of 4 hours - typically in the hours 8am-6pm.
